039XGA is a top-emitting, high-efficiency, active matrix-driven silicon-based OLED
microdisplay product. The silicon substrate of the microdisplay is manufactured by 0.18цm CMOS
process, integrating signal enhancement circuit, row and column drive circuit, logic control circuit and
other modules, supporting 8/16/24bit digital video signal input, through the I2C serial bus
programming interface, it can realize display mode, display position, brightness, contrast and other
function control and status adjustment. This type of microdisplay has the characteristics of low power
consumption, high resolution, high integration, miniaturization, etc., and can be widely used in various
miniaturized, high-resolution, low-power and wide temperature range near-eye display systems.
